Sustainable development is critical for the hospitality industry from an environmental, social and governance perspective. In this session we will focus on the climate crisis, the risks relating to our changing planet, but also the potential rewards of becoming part of the solution. It’s a complex and, sometimes, overwhelming and intimidating area, but we will attempt to demystify it and help everyone move to positive action.
