As a visiting researcher at Cambridge's MRC Epidemiology Unit, she co-authored the Nourishing Britain report, which examined government obesity and food-related health policy in England. Drawing on her research, Dr. van Tulleken explained why obesity policies have failed over the past 30 years and what can be done to create a healthier, more sustainable food system.
