Faced with difficult growing conditions, a group of farmers joined forces to preserve traditional English ingredients and create a better future for growers. Their vision and a collaborative approach led to the creation of Condimentum and the state-of-the-art mill, a 2,500sqm facility in Norfolk, UK. The facility is BRC AA grade accredited and is capable of producing more than 7,000mt per annum.
Condimentum mill leaf-based and root-based products and have the process capability in-house to wash, mill, dry, blend, cook and pasteurise ingredients for growers and food manufacturers alike. Our mill is one of only 3 in the world, and the only one in Europe, which is capable of producing double superfine mustard flour – the finest possible quality.
