Our Product Range

We specialise in delivering juices, concentrates, herbs, spices, and essential oils from our facilities exporting worldwide. Our juice and concentrate division offers an extensive range of products, from citrus and exotic fruits to vegetable derivatives, available in various forms including clarified, cloudy, NFC, purée, and comminute.

Our herbs and spices division maintains the highest standards of quality assurance, offering natural and heat-treated ingredients in whole, ground, cracked, crushed, or kibbled forms. Our dedicated spice mill and blending facility processes materials to exact customer specifications. We blend curry powders and seasonings on-site to meet precise requirements.

In 2025, we acquired Demos Ciclitira, trading under the George Harker brand since 1826. This heritage business specialises in premium dried fruits, grains, pulses, and seeds. From our BRC-accredited packing factory in Braintree, we supply vine fruits (Greek currants, Turkish sultanas, Australian and Californian raisins), tree fruits (figs, dates, apricots, prunes), and an extensive range of superfoods including quinoa, chia seeds, golden linseed, freekeh, and pearled spelt, alongside high-protein pulses, beans, and lentils.

Technical Capabilities

Our state-of-the-art blending facilities feature computer-controlled mixing tanks from 1,000L to 26,000L capacity, enabling us to produce customised blends with precise recipe control. We maintain extensive ambient, chilled, and frozen storage warehouses, ensuring we can handle urgent orders with short delivery times.

Global Presence & Innovation

From our established Asia office in Japan, we source exciting and unique ingredients such as yuzu juice and other exotic specialities. Our Japanese yuzu juice won the British Frozen Food Federation award for best ingredient. Through direct relationships with farmers and growers, we have become one of the largest global suppliers of quality Japanese yuzu juice.

New product development is at the heart of our business. Our technical expertise in formulating blending recipes means we can support customers with bespoke ingredient solutions. Our strong worldwide supplier network allows us to continuously source novel ingredients and create innovative blends.
