Applications open for the Ingredients Table at IFE Manufacturing 2027

Applications are now open for ingredient suppliers to take part in the Ingredients Table at IFE Manufacturing 2027, taking place as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week on 5-7 April at Excel London. 

Launched in 2026, the Ingredients Table is a dedicated showcase where visitors can sample innovative ingredients, learn about the businesses behind them and discover solutions with the potential to elevate products and support business growth. 

Among the first suppliers confirmed to take part in 2027 is Vanilla Etc, a family-run Yorkshire business producing award-winning premium Madagascan vanilla products, including extracts, pastes, powders, pods and seeds. 

Positioned in a high-traffic area at the heart of IFE Manufacturing, the feature connects participating suppliers with food and drink manufacturers, buyers, product developers and other industry decisionmakers searching for the latest ingredient innovations. 

Participants will benefit from pre-event promotion across the IFE Manufacturing website, email marketing and social media, as well as a dedicated onsite feature board displaying their company and stand number, ingredient name, product description and imagery. 

The feature also provides visitor scan data and qualitative feedback from buyers, offering suppliers valuable insight to support product development and future commercial conversations. 

All participating products will have the opportunity to be recognised through the Ingredients Table Competition, which celebrates an outstanding ingredient showcased at the event. The inaugural competition was won by Coöperatie Hoogstraten CV for its YOOM Délice tomatoes.
