Calleva Ingredients and JRS Silvateam Ingredients will celebrate more than 15 years of collaboration with their first joint trade show appearance at IFE Manufacturing, ExCeL London, from 30 March – 1 April 2026.

The event marks an important milestone in a long-standing partnership that has helped bring innovative plant-based ingredient solutions to food manufacturers across the UK and Ireland, where Calleva Ingredients specialises in the supply and technical support of the JRS Silvateam portfolio.

The collaboration began when Calleva founder Clive Griffiths first partnered with Silvateam to introduce advanced pectin solutions to the UK market. A food technologist by training, Griffiths built the business around a philosophy of helping manufacturers solve real formulation and production challenges rather than simply supplying ingredients.

At IFE Manufacturing 2026, the two companies will highlight ingredient solutions aligned with the growing demand for clean label, plant-based and reduced sugar formulations.

A key focus will be the Aglupectin® citrus pectin range, showcased in health and nutraceutical gummies as a vegan alternative to gelatin that enables manufacturers to create reduced-sugar gummies with excellent firmness, elasticity and flavour release.

Also featured will be VITACEL® Citrus Fibre, a multifunctional clean-label ingredient produced from upcycled citrus peel remaining after pectin extraction. The ingredient provides water-binding, stabilising and emulsifying properties that improve texture, mouthfeel and moisture retention across applications including dairy alternatives, sauces, bakery products, beverages and plant-based foods.
