The winners of the IFE Manufacturing Ingredients Awards 2026 have been announced, recognising ingredient innovation across the food and drink sector.

The awards ceremony took place on Monday 30 March on the Trends & Innovation Platform at IFE Manufacturing. Held in association with the Institute of Food Science & Technology (IFST), the awards recognised excellence across sourcing, sustainability, public health, start-up innovation and enabling technologies.

The 2026 winners are:

Federico Dellafiore, Event Director for IFE Manufacturing, said: “These awards are all about recognising the innovation happening at the heart of food and drink production. All shortlisted entries were showcased at IFE Manufacturing during the three-day event.
