The winners of the IFE Manufacturing Ingredients Awards 2026 have been announced, recognising ingredient innovation across the food and drink sector.
The awards ceremony took place on Monday 30 March on the Trends & Innovation Platform at IFE Manufacturing. Held in association with the Institute of Food Science & Technology (IFST), the awards recognised excellence across sourcing, sustainability, public health, start-up innovation and enabling technologies.
