ATURA LP80 is a high protein red lentil protein isolate with a minimum specification of 80%. It is manufactured to the highest standard at Marigot Group’s facility in the UK with all red lentils being sustainably grown in Canada. LP80 has an excellent nutritional profile being low in saturated fats & sugar, high in Valine and an excellent amino acid profile making it an ideal option for nutritional enhancement and protein fortification.

LP80 is a low to medium viscosity protein that is easily mixable, has smooth mouthfeel and texture making ideal for any beverage, meat alternatives and dairy alternative applications. LP80’s clean taste and peach colour also make it suitable for a wide range of food applications.

Like all ATURA products LP80 is available organic is certified both Kosher and Halal. Marigots production facility is also an allergen free zone with an inhouse microbiology lab ensuring that all ATURA products including LP80 are allergen free.
