CP40 is a Chickpea protein concentrate with a minimum specification of 40%. It is manufactured to the highest standard at Marigot Group’s facility in the UK with all Chickpeas being sustainably grown in Turkey. CP40 has an excellent nutritional profile being low in saturated fats, a source of dietary fibre, potassium, magnesium and an excellent amino acid profile making it an ideal option for nutritional enhancement and protein fortification.

FP60 is an excellent emulsifier, this paired its creamy mouthfeel and smooth texture make it an ideal option for a variety of applications such as dairy alternatives, baked goods and Snacks. Its neutral taste profile and pale tan colour also make it ideal for both sweet and savoury foods.

Like all ATURA products CP40 is available organic is certified both Kosher and Halal. Marigots production facility is also an allergen free zone with an inhouse microbiology lab ensuring that all ATURA products including CP40 are allergen free.
