CP60 is a Chickpea protein with a minimum specification of 60%. It is manufactured to the highest standard at Marigot Group’s facility in the UK with all Chickpeas being sustainably grown in Turkey. CP60 has an excellent nutritional profile being low in saturated fats & sugars, high in glutamic acid and an excellent amino acid profile making it an ideal option for nutritional enhancement and protein fortification.

CP60 is a low viscosity protein that is easily mixable, has a creamy mouthfeel and smooth texture making ideal for any beverage and dairy alternative applications. CP60’s clean taste, neutral aroma and light tan colour also make it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Like all ATURA products CP40 is available organic is certified both Kosher and Halal. Marigots production facility is also an allergen free zone with an inhouse microbiology lab ensuring that all ATURA products including CP40 are allergen free.
