The DTM LX610e brings custom label creation to even the smallest of users now. The first colour inkjet label printer that not only allows you to print full colour labels but once printed, you can then cut that label to any shape you desire.
The LX610e has an inbuilt knife cutter. This means you print onto continuous material and then cut the label shape out after printing.
Print then Die-Cut your labels to any shape all in one process!
The LX610e is not designed to print and cut thousands of labels at once but if you need 50 of this or 100 of that in various designs then it might be for you. Just import your design and choose from standard cut lines such as squares, rectangles, circles etc. Or select a contour cut that automatically and precisely follows the outline of your image. This cuts down the cost of buying pre die-cut labels. Buy continuous material and away you go.
Print Quality
The Primera LX610e is a full colour inkjet label printer with the ability to print up to 4800 dpi.
You can choose from a range of inkjet printable materials to give you a variety of finishes. Gloss or matt papers, plastics or polyesters. Even clear materials making the LX610e a flexible solution for a small producer.
PTCreate Pro
DTM Print include PTCreate Pro Software which allows you to import different file types such as psd ai & pdf. You can create and design your own labels and create the cut lines here. It has the ability to layer artwork and it’s auto-trace and cut feature is great for helping you print and cut complicated shapes and label designs.
LX610e Ink Options
The LX610e is available with two different types of ink. Dye or Pigment ink! Dye based ink are more vibrant and bright when compared to pigment inks. Dye inks are great for most prime label applications but they aren’t UV, chemical or water resistant. If you need durability of your print the pigment inks would be for you. Pigment inks offer that water, chemical and UV resistance. Pigment inks also give you a closer colour match to traditional Flexo printed labels.
