ATURA FP60 is a high protein fava bean protein concentrate with a minimum specification of 60% protein. It is manufactured to the highest standard at Marigot Group’s facility in the UK with all fava beans being sustainably grown in the UK. FP60 has an excellent nutritional profile being low in saturated fats, high in dietary fibre an excellent amino acid profile and is a source of magnesium and potassium making it ideal for nutritional fortification.

FP60 is an excellent emulsifier, this paired its creamy mouthfeel and smooth texture make it an ideal option for a variety of applications such as dairy alternatives, baked goods, meat analogues and nutritional powders
