Ingredients for beverages
Interstarch products
are widely used as ingredients in the production of non-alcoholic beverages.
Some types of modified corn and wheat starches are easily soluble and used as
stabilizers and cloud emulsions. Glucose and glucose-fructose syrups are used instead
of sugar, as more economically advantageous sweeteners in the recipes of
nonalcoholic beverages. Also, we have ingredients that are used as beverage
thickeners.
