Our molasses is used for sweetening, stabilizing the products, increasing the shelf life, preventing the crystallization of sugars, and reducing the chance of the sugaring process. Glucose and glucose-fructose syrups are also used as a sweetener to the formulation of juice drinks and nectars.
Cold water swelling starches dissolve easily in cold water and do not require heating.
