Exhausted Vanilla Seeds made from Spent Vanilla Beans that
have previously been used in the production of vanilla extract, dried and then
the seeds have been sieved out to separate. Vanilla seeds are debacterized by
autoclave.
Producing a mild vanilla flavour, mainly used for texture
and visual appearance.
Used extensively in the ice cream industry, by chocolatiers, also used in baking, beverages, with many more uses.
Used as required and store in a dry, dark place away from other spices.
