It is made using our Award Winning 1 Fold Vanilla
Extract as a base and then reduced in strength.
The resulting product is a hugely popular extract,
that is versatile and can be used in many ways. It has a wonderful vanilla
flavour and aroma at a great price.
We have been working with The BDC (Biorenewables
Development Centre) an open-access R&D centre. The BDC has proven that the
concentration of Vanillin in our extracts, is around 3 times greater than other
market leaders making comparable products!
Our Extracts are produced ‘In House ‘in our factory
here in the UK.
We made this decision in 2018 when we began setting
up our production facility and carrying out trials.
We are now producing excellent quality Vanilla
Extracts far superior to that we were previously outsourcing.
Information about strengths
(Folds) per litre of Extract
The word 'Fold' identifies the quantity of Vanilla
Beans used in the production of the Extract.
The higher the Fold the stronger the resulting
product.
1/2 Fold = 50g beans per ltr of extract
1 Fold = 100g beans per ltr of extract
2 Fold = 200g beans per ltr of extract
