Tropical Fruit

Our main source of tropical fruit is Thailand; however, we do source from other origins such as Sri Lanka and China.
Firstly, the fruit is cultivated in plantations and picked by hand. It is then soaked in cane syrup before being cut into slices or diced. The fruit is dehydrated in clean hot air compartments and packaged into 5 kg bags. These are packed 4 bags per carton.
