Brendan Vickers is Policy Director at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) United Kingdom. He previously served as the Head of International Trade Policy and Adviser to the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, supporting the 56 member countries of the Commonwealth in strengthening trade, investment and economic cooperation. He is a policy specialist and former diplomat with over 20 years of experience in global trade, investment, and sustainability across government, think tanks and international organisations.
