Dr Charlotte Crowhurst is a patent attorney and partner at leading European intellectual property law firm, Potter Clarkson.  Charlotte and her colleagues help companies, organisations, and individuals to understand, create, protect, and defend the commercial value of their innovations and brands anywhere in the world through IP rights. She has more than 25 years’ experience of helping innovative companies in sectors including FMCG and food technology to devise and manage their global patent strategy.  Companies that she has worked with include multinational consumer goods and ingredients companies as well as start ups and SMEs developing a range of products from hand sanitizers and hair care products to novel food and drink products and processing methods.
