Chris has 30 years of experience working with many leading global food and drink manufacturers and just as many start up entrepreneurs and pioneering food tech businesses. These include fully automated hydroponic farms and precision fermented cheese producers. He has worked with clients such as Unilever, Danone, Groupe Bel, Free From Fellows, Molson Coors, Mizkan, Nairn’s and Orkla. His expertise in innovation, brand strategy, design and comms spans multiple health sectors from gluten free foods to live cultured products and extends into organic, biodynamic and additive free. Chris is passionate about food, but more importantly about how we make it, how we distribute it and the impact it can have on our personal health as well as the health of our planet.
