People and Organisational Development Director, Dole Plc
David Frost is people and organisational development director at Dole, the world’s largest fresh produce supplier, with 40,000 people operating out of 30 countries. He reports to the CEO and is responsible for group people strategy, organisation design, succession planning and talent development. Over the last year he has been heavily involved with managing the merger of Total Produce and Dole Food Company, and the subsequent IPO of the merged company on the New York Stock Exchange. From a people and organisational perspective the focus has been on supporting the creation of a combined leadership team, aligning support functions, implementing an enlarged cross-group international key talent programme and designing policies to meet the requirements of the enlarged business. David Frost has ranked multiple times on the HR Most Influential list for his continued contributions to the profession and therefore earned his spot in the Hall of Fame in 2022.
