Dr Debora Saibene leads the research programme within the Global Function team at PepsiCo that sets the technical strategy for delivering flavour innovation in snacks. Debora holds a PhD and Master in Food Science from Penn State University and has extensive experience in food processing, ingredient technology and product development from positions held in chilled and ambient food manufacturing businesses. Debora has a track record for innovation and intellectual property generation through application of scientific insight to business solutions.
