Delia Baban
With nearly two decades of experience in the food manufacturing sector, Delia has consistently embraced challenges and growth opportunities. Her career began post-university, joining the technical team in the food industry. Early on, she led the implementation of a Quality Management System in a company without any Food Safety certifications. Despite lacking formal qualifications, Delia's determination and passion for learning drove my success.
Over the years, Delia have gained extensive hands-on experience across various categories, including bakery, confectionery, dry fruits and nuts, ambient and temperature-controlled products, and oils and fats processing sites in the UK and Europe. This has deepened my understanding of the food manufacturing landscape.
Delia is now an Approved Training Partner and Auditor for BRCGS, holding the BRCGS Professional title. She is passionate about sharing knowledge and fostering growth within the industry, engaging with individuals at all levels to help companies achieve their objectives and elevate their standards.
