Elbha is a registered dietician and food expert. Before joining Nutritics, Elbha spent seven years at Aramark, latterly as Director of Dietetics and Wellbeing. She has also consulted for Aer Lingus, the NHS and the Bahrain Petroleum Company. At Nutritics she heads up Knowledge Labs, advising and supporting hospitality operators with their ESG strategy.
