Freddie Ugo a co-founder and Head of Brand of Beyond Belief Brewing Co. After specialising in seismology, Freddie has chosen to spend his time dedicated to reutilising surplus in the FMCG sector whilst also pursuing an academic path in global biodiversity conservation. This is best manifested in BBB Co. a brewing company dedicated to transforming surplus into fermentable sugars for the resale as beer and other beverages. BBB works with some of the largest producers of starch rich foods to transform their surplus in to something of equal or even greater value. Freddie also actively engages with communities in global food waste hotspots to find ways of marrying sustainable development with waste reduction.
