George has worked at The Food and Drink Federation since 2022, having previously worked at DEFRA and the former Department for International Trade on a range of trade policy areas. George leads FDF’s International Trade work. This includes supporting the implementation of the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement, helping members adapt to new processes under the Windsor Framework, and ensuring the sector is represented in the UK's ambitious Free Trade Agreement programme.
