Gill Dando
Gill has over 20 years’ experience working in manufacturing, specialist laboratory and retail technical roles. Predominantly food but also none-food and pharma, not only within the UK but also globally. She is a higher-level degree trained scientist, with an honoours degree in Biological Sciences, specialising in Agricultural & Food Sciences. She also spent a number of years as a post-grad in molecular biology and biochemistry laboratories.
Having worked in pretty much every single food and none food category that exists, Gill has invaluable, specialist experience in managing the impact of recall, crises and global incidents.
