Gwenda has worked in many different aspects of the food and packaging industries for more than 35 years. Prior to joining BRCGS, Gwenda held key roles in manufacturing companies, certification bodies, and was an auditor for BRCGS Food Safety, Packaging Materials and Consumer Products standards, as well as quality management systems. Gwenda has a wide range of experience in setting standards, training, auditing and mentoring colleagues in product safety.

In her current role at BRCGS, Gwenda is responsible for the Global Standards for Packaging Materials, Consumer Products and Ethical Trade and Responsible Sourcing. With a passion for packaging and its synergy to food and consumer products, Gwenda has avidly led the revision of Global Standard Packaging Materials Issue 7 from conception though to publication.
