Jacqui Slatter is the Development Manager for SALSA Food – supporting small & medium sized businesses to implement best practice through food safety assurance certification.
Jacqui has extensive experience in working with major global food companies in product development and technical roles. Passionate about good food and educating businesses in food safety, and with a background in food technology, her experience in training, auditing and quality in the food, packaging and healthcare industries and has allowed her to work with enterprises all over the world.
