With over 30 years of experience in technical and regulatory roles in the UK, sustainability has been a recurring theme in Janet's career since the early 1990s. She has contributed to books and research papers on the topic and most recently completed a postgraduate qualification in Food sustainability. Putting it into practice, Janet has led sustainability working groups for a global tea and herbal infusions brand, and currently advises a portfolio of multi-national brands across food and drink as a Senior Regulatory Advisor at Ashbury.
