The FPC is the UK's leading fresh produce trade association. Kelly provides technical guidance to members, ensuring compliance with regulations and engaging with policymakers. Coming from a farming background and with a degree in Agriculture and a Master’s in Food Safety Regulation, Kelly is passionate about supporting the agri-food sector and end to end supply chain focusing on food safety, sustainability and trade facilitation through research and collaboration. She sits on the Red Tractor Fresh Produce Sector Board and represents the UK on the IFPS Sustainability Committee and has a keen interest in the role of vertical farming as a solution for future food security.
