Laura is a Communications Manager at EIT Food with a background in consumer behaviour and marketing. Laura is responsible for corporate communications for EIT Food’s UK, Ireland and Iceland region, known as EIT Food North-West. Currently, Laura co-manages EIT Food’s Day in the Life series which aims to inspire young audiences to consider a career within the agri-food sector. Overall, Laura is passionate about promoting healthy, sustainable and equitable food systems to consumers.
