Luke has worked at Leatherhead since 2006, initially in the regulatory team for 11 years (building up extensive experience of training clients, working with regulations in the EU UK and Ireland and eventually managing a team of 7 advisors), and more recently in the commercial team where he now looks after the key accounts for the scientific and regulatory affairs division. Before joining Leatherhead he worked in industry for 5 years, in a mixture of product development roles (for companies such as Unilever and Mars Petcare) and a technical/auditing role with Leathams Ltd, a premium food importer based in London.  Luke is the sustainability champion at Leatherhead with a keen interest in emerging regulations on sustainability, and the challenges and rewards of making businesses more sustainable. Luke has a BSc in Food Science from the University of Leeds.
