Olly Reynalds is a multi-award-winning chef and a dynamic entrepreneur in the food and beverage industry. As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sauce Shed, he has leveraged his extensive knowledge and expertise in food sector and business management, gained from his successful ventures in restaurants and public houses, which he sold in 2016. His journey in the food industry, characterized by his vibrant wit and passion for all things chilli, led him to collaborate with co-partner Dave Perrett to launch Sauce Shed in 2019. Under his leadership, Sauce Shed has experienced significant growth and development, manufacturing innovative creations for numerous artisan brands both in the UK and overseas.

In recent years, Olly has expanded his entrepreneurial portfolio with the launch of Distillery Barn Ltd, a company aimed at mirroring the success of Sauce Shed in the spirits sector. This venture is part of the Shed Food Group, a conglomerate of over 20 companies, where Olly serves as the CEO. Shed Food Group represents Olly's vision of creating a diverse and impactful presence in the food and beverage industry. With Sauce Shed's expansion into digital media and brand management, Olly continues to propel the success of the brands they partner with, demonstrating his unwavering dedication and innovative approach to the industry.
