Paul works for RECOUP to promote the benefits of following plastic packaging recyclability guidelines, including writing, compiling and editing seven versions of RECOUP’s 'Recyclability By Design' publication, also presenting facts on packaging recyclability and assessing suitability for recycling of innovative packaging materials and products for RECOUP Members. This includes writing and editing versions of recyclability guidelines for WRAP and The BPF. A Chartered Environmentalist, a Member of IOM3 (formerly Institute of Packaging) since 2001, with a keen interest in environmental issues with regard to packaging from the onset of the Packaging Waste Regulations, to current work regarding recyclability of packaging formats and materials.
