Paula Sherlock has worked in the food service industry for her whole career, working across both light and heavy catering equipment and representing a range of leading European equipment brands. Since establishing Signature FSE 20 years ago to help bring the very best light equipment and tableware brands to kitchens and tables nationwide, Paula has developed intimate knowledge of how premium brands can add value to caterers and kitchens across a diverse range of sectors. From fine dining to contract catering and accommodation to stadium and leisure, Paula has delivered creative solutions to operators to help make life better in the kitchen and ensure the venue thrives. Passionate about the wider food service industry and recently appointed Chair of the FEA’s Light Equipment and Tableware group, Paula believes in developing the industry through creative collaboration across the board. From helping chefs create amazing menus to advising managers on the most effective, efficient ways to boost banqueting and conference solutions, Paula is committed to the hospitality industry and the rewards that it brings to the many who work in it and the millions it serves daily.
