Key partners of IFE Manufacturing 2025, the Institute of Food Sceince and Technology (IFST) and Campden BRI were delighted to host a Forum "Reformulation of processed food - perceptions, realities and finding the balance" in Excel London's Platinum Suite, on the 17th of March 2025. 

This session brought together industry leaders to hear insightful discussions that focused on the challenges and innovations in creating healthier processed foods, balancing consumer expectations with regulatory requirements.

Attendees explored practical solutions shaping the future of product development, with collaborative discussions highlighting the vital role of food scientists, technologists, and policymakers in driving innovation in reformulation.
